So, how does everyone feel about the new, bullshit, 5k fuel cap? I know i lost over 16k in fuel, and now i'm not sure how much cleaning/invading i can do. One or the other, gonna have to figure out what i want to do.

Don't feel bad, I got use to buying fuel with tokens at about 5k fuel just out of habit... went and tried it last night and lost my tokens... but I should be getting them back soon.

toonce just replied on off. forum that the fuel cap may be raised to 10k

I love 5k fuel cap.

Can't tell you how many times I had to deal with Posion and Kader when they had like 20,000 fuel.

It's fucking ANNOYING, and I'd argue it gives an undo and unbalanced advantage to established players.

Thoughts?

I've posted alot of things over the years that got a quick response from toonces. He has yet to reply to this. I wonder why......

Just curious, but how long ago was it determined to be a hard limit? I found a pic that Wind posted Sep 25, 2005, showing him with 15,141 fuel. I joined the game July 14, 2006. And the fuel "cap" has been like this ever since.

I'm not trying to cause trouble here toonces, but some of us don't appreciate being told that we were using "heavy exploitation" to "hoard fuel", when as far as I know, and as far as many others knew, it wasn't an exploit, it's just the way it was.
